Jean Souetre - The Man Who Shot Kennedy

The identity of the gunman who killed Kennedy was Jean Souetre. 

Whether he took the shots that Oswald is supposed to have taken, from the Dallas Texas Schoool Book Depository or whether he fired from the infamous Grassy Knoll, I do not know.

I suspect that Oswald fired some of the shots, Souetre the other shots or that Souetre was the actual person who fired from the Book Depository.  

Jean Souetre was a personal acquaintance of General Edwin Walker.   

General Edwin Walker controlled the plot. He lived in Dallas , Texas. The place where Kennedy was killed. Dallas was General Walkers base of operations.

Hence why the assassination took place there. Walker had so many allies in the police etc that he would be able to control events after the assassination eg organising the killing of Oswald via Jack Ruby. 


Being outside the army at the time of the assassination meant General Walker was able to work out of sight with General Lansdale who was in operational charge of the plot re obtaining Jean Souetre a world class sniper involved in a previous assassination attempt against Charles De Gaulle from the French OAS via the US military intelligence structures.  

Therefore Walker was also able to operate covertly with people like Guy Barrister, William King Harvey, Jean Souetre and Antoni Veciana to put the plot to kill Kennedy into operation.

I suspect that General Walker was shot at by Oswald before the Kennedy assassination for the reason of providing General Walker with a plausible alibi re the later shooting of President Kennedy, and as a way to assist in the perception of the American public that a Communist insurrection was underway in America.This would have also assisted Walkers political career. 

This was also a feature of the Operation Northwoods plan that General Lansdale was involved in drafting, a plan for the CIA and military intelligence assets to undertake a series of False Flag terrorist attacks across the USA to provide a pretext for a war with Cuba. 

Oswald shooting at General Walker also provided Walker with the perfect alibi. How could anyone say that Walker was involved in the plot to kill Kennedy when he himself was also the target of the same gunman who had killed Kennedy.

It is this that provides us with the real smoking gun re the plot to kill Kennedy. Of all the people that Oswald could have shot, he chose Walker. 

That stinks of a deliberate ploy to provide Walker with the perfect alibi.    

The fact that General Walker knew Jean Souetre and General Lansdale knew William King Harvey, shows once again how tightly controlled the plot was around these men.  

General Lansdale ran the plot on the grounds in the weeks before the shooting and on the ground in Dallas that day. This is why General Lansdale resigned from the army three weeks before the assassination of Kennedy.   

General Walker controlled the plot. Lansdale ran the plot on the ground. 

Souetre shot JFK. 

Souetre then was arrested in Dallas on the same day of the Kennedy assassination and immediately expelled from the USA. 

Someone should compare the fingerprints of Souetre with the fingerprints found on the boxes used a rest for the rifle that the person who shot Kennedy fired from the window of the book store. They were not Oswalds fingerprints on the boxes.

But do we have any evidence that a link existed between Jean Souetre, Guy Bannster and William Harvey before the Kennedy Assassination.

Yes we do.  

Three weeks before the Kennedy assassination, a US soldier intercepted a CIA message which stated JFK was going to be assassinated. 

Private First Class Eugene Dinkin worked in Metz, France. He was a cryptographic code operator for the U.S. Army and in early November, 1963, three weeks before the assassination, he discovered something sobering, a plot to assassinate the President of the United States. He intercepted—or decoded— two messages, and the names he relayed all make a lot of sense today, a French/Corsican assassin, Jean Souetre, Guy Banister, and William Harvey. 

David Christensen: There are two CIA documents on him which were released in April. Christensen was an Air Force Sergeant who was stationed at Kirknewton, Scotland. He intercepted a communication just before November, 1963 that an assassination attempt would be made on President Kennedy.

Private First Class Eugene Dinkin was a cryptographic code operator stationed in Metz, France. On November 4, 1963 he went AWOL from his unit, and entered Switzerland using forged travel orders and a false Army identification card. On November 6, he appeared in the Press Room of the United Nations in Geneva and told reporters he was being persecuted. He also told reporters that "they" were plotting against President Kennedy and that "something" would happen in Dallas. After Kennedy was murdered, a friend of Dinkin's named Dennis De Witt told military authorities that Dinkin had predicted Kennedy's assassination for November 28, and later changed the date to November 22.

During the trial of Clay Shaw in New Orleans, Garrison found out that Dinkin's duty had been to decipher telegraphic traffic originating with the French OAS, which was extremely close to factions of the CIA at the time.

Jean Souetre was an agent of the French OAS. So Dinkin would have heard the communication that involved Souetre being ordered by General Lansdale to go to Dallas to undertake the assassination. 


The links between Lee Harvey Oswald and Guy Bannister are firmly established as fact.

Jean Souetre (he also used the names Michel Mertz and Michel Roux) was a member of the French Secret Army Organization (OAS). It is claimed that he had been involved in an assassination attempt on General Charles de Gaulleas a result of his willingness to grant independence to Algeria.

As a result of investigations carried out by Mary Ferrell and Gary Shaw it was revealed that Souetre (or a man using his name) was in arrested in Dallas on the day that John F. Kennedy was assassinated. He was immediately expelled from the United States.

It was also discovered that a man using the name Michel Roux entered the United States on 19th November, 1963. He was in Fort Worth on 22nd November before leaving the country on 9th December.

In 1983 Souetre was working as the public relations director of a gambling casino in France. He told a journalist that he had not been in Dallas on 22nd November, 1963, and had no knowledge of the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

In 1977, the publication ^[ 7 ] of a CIA document launched a controversy over the possible participation of Jean Souètre in the assassination ofJohn F. Kennedy ^[ 8 ] . 

This document refers to "his" presence in Dallas on Friday, November 22, 1963. Eighteen hours after the death of the American president, a French is arrested in Fort Worth then expelled from the United States. The note states: "the subject is suspected of being a deserter captain of the French army and militant of the OAS" . We then think of Jean Souètre ^[ 9 ] that some sources ^[ 10 ] claim to be in contact with the milieus of the American extreme right, which would have "financed the OAS". 

Through the Centro Mondiale Comerciale and the Permindex ^[ 11 ] , Souètre would have known the major general Edwin Walker ^[ 12 ] , opponent of the Kennedy (and incidentally hostile to de Gaulle).

William Harvey also ran the ZR/RIFLE assassination squad ;




William King "Bill" Harvey (September 13, 1915 – June 9, 1976) was a Central Intelligence Agency officer, best known for his role in Operation Mongoose. He was known as "America's James Bond", a tag given to him by Edward Lansdale.

On his return to CIA headquarters, Harvey was tasked with a project to organize "executive actions" (a euphemism for the assassination of foreign political leaders) under the codename ZR/RIFLE

In November 1961 William Harvey was ordered to activate an assassination plot against Fidel Castro. This became part of what became known as the ZR/RIFLE project. Harvey decided to transfer David Sanchez Morales from Mexico City to the JM WAVE station. Johnny Roselli was also recruited into the project.

Roselli persuaded Santos Trafficante, the senior Mafia figure in Cuba, to join the conspiracy. Meyer Lansky also became involved in this plot and was reportedly offering a million-dollar reward for the Cuban leader's murder. Richard Cain, a specialist in electronics and wire taps, was also recruited by Roselli. Cain took part in a failed attempt in March 1961 to poison Castro.
